As we continue to grow and professionalise our internal processes, we are looking for a Junior Talent Manager with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for improving systems and workflows. This role combines talent acquisition and operational HR support with data-driven process optimisation across the talent lifecycle.
You will work closely with our Talent Manager and Managing Director, and you will also collaborate with consultants and operations team members across the organisation.

What we are looking for
What you bring
- Based in Berlin or willing to commute to the office on a regular basis
- Passion and commitment to work on talent topics in an impact-driven company
- Background in and / or work experience (1-2 years), preferably in:
- Talent management or recruitment
- HR operations or people analytics
- A completed education, i.e. apprenticeship, in a relevant field; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the same is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data (e.g. Excel, HR dashboards, reporting tools)
- Interest and capabilities in improving data driven workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English (C1 min. in both languages is a must)
- Proactivity and an eye for detail
- Structured thinking
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and passion to contribute to a strong team culture

Your responsibilities
- Supporting and coordinating recruitment processes across our consulting and operations teams, including job postings, candidate coordination and applicant communication
- Managing our half yearly feedback cycles
- Develop data analysis tools and process automations
- Maintaining and improving HR systems and tools (e.g. Personio, SharePoint, internal databases), ensuring data quality and reliable reporting
- Driving onboarding and offboarding processes for remote and on-site team members
- Coordinating HR administrative processes and ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Supporting cross-team initiatives such as internal surveys, process improvements and trainings
